SHELTON RESIDENCE

Set on the Arkansas River, this custom design is focused on maximizing river views from all areas of the house, a challenge given the narrow site. Ample glazing and staggered massing helped meet this goal, while still providing an outdoor space to capture western mountain views and the evening light. The area between the detached garage and the house serves as an additional semi-private outdoor space.
