Feasibility Study: Before funding, before design, before breaking ground, we’ll conduct intensive research to ensure you understand code requirements, zoning laws, and site restrictions. Then we can help you determine the buildable potential of your site by developing schematic designs that explore various solutions.

Vision & Brand Development: We’ll help you craft a more focused vision for your development, helping to differentiate your offering and ensuring you’re able to maximize your per-square-foot profit or revenue. Then we can bring that vision to life through naming, identity development, signage and wayfinding, and other graphic elements that unify the project. 

Design & Documentation: We start this phase with overall space planning and exploring the options that will lead to the ideal use of the building. Then we’ll continue to refine both the interior and exterior of the building until we arrive at the final design. We like to involve the general contractor and key engineering consultants early in this phase to help find efficiencies and improve buildability. 

Interior Design: When possible, we like to integrate interior development into our overall design package. This can be especially helpful for any features that are integrated and built into the base build (such as a seating system). 

Marketing: Whether you plan to sell or lease your space, we believe marketing should begin in the early stages of a project’s development. We can help you refine your target market(s), launch a website, leverage social media, and build interest and excitement.
