We designed the original Guide Shack for a narrow, riverfront lot. But then our clients took advantage of an opportunity to expand the building footprint to an adjacent lot. So we reimagined the same program in a wider form, maintaining the upstairs living format. The result is a three-level home that maximizes river views and retains the southwest-facing sun deck above the garage.
